Money for freeing education uses tax revenue which increased by increasing tax rate.

・Abolition of pension system

In Japan, the declining birthrate and aging society advances, the pension burden on young people 's elderly people is getting bigger.

However, because elderly people have the right to live, I would like to donate life protection, not pension.

・Abolition of seniority and lifetime employment

The seniority system and lifetime employment system can be said to be a system unique to Japan.

However, these systems are not suitable for diversified modern times.

Moreover, these systems are related to Japan's problem of death from overwork.

These systems are neutralizing labor unions.

I would like to abolish these systems and create an environment where workers can work freely and happily.

If such an environment is formed, higher efficiency and productivity will be realized with a shorter working time, ie less than 8 hours of work.

As a result it will improve people's quality of life.
